This is my mini corner where I write all about conquering high school and college. It’s a blog of information that I wished I had when I was younger.
I wish to aid you on your journey in high school, college, and beyond! Coming as a first-generation college student, I understand how confusing this whole process can be.
When I was in middle school, I knew that I wanted to attend college. But, I also knew that I wanted to go to college free.
I did a lot of research to plan my high school years and researched colleges.
I’ve been there and done all the heavy lifting so now I want to help you on this journey!
As someone who has scored a full-ride scholarship, I hope to share my advice on going to college debt-free.
Hopefully, this blog will help you become more financially independent, go to college debt-free, and enter adulthood with an inkling of where you are going.
Some facts about me:
- I love chocolate! Any kind, kit-kat, ferrero rocher!
- I say it, I do it. I told myself I was going to college without spending a penny out of my parent’s pocket in middle school, and I did it.
- I suck at directions, can’t tell where streets are even if I have lived there a long time.
- I either get motivated in the earliest hours (5-8am) or the latest hours (10-12am) of the day
- I am an avid planner-I love to make lists, set goals, and cross things out
